- Thanks to all who have replied to my query, especially Arlene
who said that he "looks like a black-capped chickadee
with either albinistic or leucistic qualities. Albinism is
lack of pigment. Leucism is a lessening of proper pigment."
"Leucistic:
(Unusually pale individuals, resulting from the absence of
pigments. The extent of leucism can be either partial or complete.)
....He
also has a very light bill and legs and feet.

- I continue to see this delightful chickadee at my feeders
everyday.
